美國(guó)官員：中國(guó)一再表示擔(dān)心美國(guó)債務(wù)違約（雙語(yǔ)）

　　A senior State Department official said China has repeatedly expressed concern over the possibility the U.S. would default on its debt.

　　美國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)院一位高級(jí)官員說，中國(guó)不斷對(duì)美國(guó)將出現(xiàn)債務(wù)違約這種可能性表示擔(dān)憂。

　　Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is in China Monday and is scheduled to meet with top Chinese government official Dai Bingguo as talks drag on in Washington over whether to raise the federal debt ceiling.

　　在華盛頓就是否提高美國(guó)聯(lián)邦債務(wù)上限的談判久拖不決之際，美國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)卿希拉里•克林頓（Hillary Clinton）周一抵達(dá)中國(guó)訪問，她將與中國(guó)政府高級(jí)官員戴秉國(guó)舉行會(huì)晤。

　　The senior state department official said China has expressed its views about the debt situation several times in official “demarches,” diplomatic language for a formal expression of views.

　　這位美國(guó)國(guó)務(wù)院高級(jí)官員說，中國(guó)已先后幾次在其官方“行動(dòng)方針”中對(duì)美國(guó)的債務(wù)形勢(shì)表達(dá)了看法。這名官員在這里使用了外交語(yǔ)言，他的意思是中國(guó)已對(duì)美國(guó)債務(wù)形勢(shì)正式表達(dá)了自己的看法。

　　“They've basically made clear they've made substantial investment in the U.S. and they expect, not hope, that the U.S. will abide by its various financial and international commitments,” the State Department official said.

　　這位官員說，他們主要闡明的觀點(diǎn)是，他們?cè)诿绹?guó)進(jìn)行了大量投資，他們期待，而不是希望，美國(guó)能遵守其各種金融及國(guó)際承諾。
