1. Support E4 in steering PC&V projects, including but not limited to M&A projects, projects of biz model design and modification from tax perspective, in particular:
- Provide valid and feasible tax comments and advice to those projects under supervisor’s instructions
- Identify tax planning opportunities, conduct analysis under supervisor's instructions and executing the approved tax planning with BU & other functions based on supervisor's instructions
- Identify tax risk and able to propose a practical solution and execute the solution;
- Monitor external advisors' work and influence in order to achieve our targets
- Cooperate and coordinate with HQ Tax and other counterparts involved in the projects
- Communicate with tax authority where necessary to clarify and confirm technical issues with them under supervisor’s instructions
- Ensure delivering results effectively and efficiently
2. Support the Passenger Car & Van joint ventures from shareholder perspective, in relation to the JV’s projects, daily communication, technical discussions, risk control, experience exchange, etc.
- Support the establishment and exit plan of JVs
- Support JV restructuring projects from shareholder perspective
- Keep close communication with JV finance and tax departments to facilitate the transactions between DAI entities and JVs
- Ensure timely dividends distribution
- Manage SARC workflow implementation to ensure the accurancy of withholding taxes and PE assessment for JVs
- Manage data collection from JVs
- Support L4 to organize monthly meetings and annual workshop with JVs’ finance teams
3. Support other tax jobs based on department’s arrangement, e.g., simple TP or customs work (if capable) under TP/Customs E4’s instruction and guidance, knowledge sharing in department training and cross-functional trainings, Best Fiance activities, etc.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree, majoring in taxation, finance, accounting and economics preferred.

Experience and education
- 6 - 7 years tax relevant experiences with the Big-4 or in MNCs. Big-4 plus MNC tax experience is preferred.
Specific Knowledge
- Equip with advanced tax knowledge, especially tax knowledge and experience on M&A projects
- TP or customs knowledge and experience is a plus
-Solidaccounting/international trade/finance knowledge
- Familiar with accounting and SAP system
